Prices are Bed and Breakfast per person per night based on two sharing.

Special dates like new years eve will probably have different rates
Children Under 2 years are free. Aged 2-12 years inclusive are half the adult rate provided they share a room with two adults
Occupancy
Single occupancy charges @ £15.00 pppn
Check in
Guest check in is from 2pm on the day of your arrival
Departure
Guest check out is at 11:00am on the day of departure, however, arrangements to depart earlier or later can be organized
Deposit
To secure the reservation we will require a 25% of the total of the booking
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy is 0-7 days prior to arrival 75% charge, 8-21 days prior to arrival 50% charge. With any cancelled accommodation that can be re-let there will be no charge.
